Clarity before velocity
We define the operating problem before recommending tools, campaigns, or organizational changes.
The Firm
ZOAK combines analytical depth, technical build capability, and practical business judgment to help organizations scale what works.
Firm principles
ZOAK was built around a simple observation: advisory work only matters when it changes how the organization makes decisions and does work. Strategy, AI, analytics, and growth operations are treated as one connected system.
Our engagements are hands-on. We create the roadmaps, workflows, dashboards, playbooks, and review rhythms that allow a team to keep improving after the initial strategy work is done.
We define the operating problem before recommending tools, campaigns, or organizational changes.
We build repeatable routines so improvement is not dependent on one person pushing harder.
We use percentage lift, adoption, and throughput metrics to learn before expanding the system.
Ayush is a systems builder with training in neuroscience, finance, and programming. Before founding ZOAK, he co-founded Biotechstats, a data aggregation platform that gave biotech investors structured access to clinical trial transparency data — work that sits at the intersection of healthcare analytics and financial decision-making.
He studied Neuroscience at Northwestern University, where he developed a research approach grounded in data architecture, complex systems analysis, and quantitative problem-solving. That background shapes how ZOAK structures every engagement: start with the data, find the constraint, build the operating loop.
Ayush serves on the board of directors for Axcelero Education, where he works to eliminate barriers for first-generation students pursuing higher education.
Operating posture
Many ZOAK engagements involve sensitive growth strategy, operating changes, AI workflows, or data systems. We do not name clients unless there is a clear public reason to do so.
